A high glycerine content gel padding designed to help reduce nipple discomfort, IMPROVE nipple skin condition and for the management of breast and nipple injury.  Unlike other hydrogel sheets and pads, Comfort Aid contain 65% glycerine, 17% water and 17% polyacrylamide.  Due to the high concentration of glycerine, the product exhibits bacteriostatic properties* (Data on file with Elasto-gel.com).

Being bacteriostatic, the product will reduce the growth of bacteria, thus keeping open cracks from becoming infected.  With lower water content, the skin will be protected against maceration. Glycerine is a natural humectant that maintains moisture level to the skin.  In addition, Comfort Aid provides and maintains a moist, clean environment, is easy to use and comfortable to wear.
